প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A Contractor's firm is working in Government,Semi government and autonomous bodies must have the followings:
a) Minimum last 5(five) years period of general experience in the construction works .
b) A satisfactory Completion of atleast one similar nature of RCC Building Construction work in a single work order of Tk 175.00 lakhs, for last 5(five) years from the date IFT publication.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT publication is not less thanTk 300 lakhs.
d) Details other condition for eligibility are shown in the tender document.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than, Tk 125.00 lakhs. Documents submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender.
f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% above or below of the official cost estimate, the tenderer shall be uneligible.
g) Bill will be paid on receipt of budget allowcation.
h) The tenderers must enclose Up to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet(TDS). If any submitted document is found inappropriate tenderer will be disqualified during post qualification.
