প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)All tenderers must follow the PPR - 2008 rules and regulations.
b)Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:
1)Up to date valid trade license,
2)Up to date income tax clearance certificate,
3)Up to date vat registration certificate (13 digit),
4)Certificate of bank solvency with minimun amount of liquid assets and credit facilities of minimun tk. 2 lakh (ITT clause 15.1.a: From PG3-8),
5)Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of goods and related services in Bangladesh Jail or any government organisations,
6)The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum tk. 2 lakh under 01 (one) contract in any government organisation successfully completed within 05 (five) years i.e.counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system,
7)Certificate of incorporation in case of limited company,
8)Sample (200 gm cholar dal) must be submitted to in three three transparent containers to the jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time,
