1. The Tenderer should have recent inclusion certificate from PGCL or enlistment certificate from any other company of petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories as gas pipeline contractor.
2. The minimum specific experience in Pipeline construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least taka 22,00,000 (Twenty Two) lac only.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than taka 50,00,000 (Fifty) lac only over the best 5 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka 11,00,000 (Eleven) lac only issued by the bank not earlier than twenty 28 (eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for
