প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 10 (Ten) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-550 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (In case JVCA Specific experience certificate be considered to percentage of JV Share of Details of Works completed).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-800 Lakh over the last 05 (five)(800*5=4000 lakh) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -170 lakh. acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024).
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018 & 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.259 Dated: 03.10.2019. etc are applicable. According to the above memo, it his/her previous work does not satisfactory the tenderer will be considered as non-responsible.
