* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
1. Valid Trade license.
2. Up to date Tin Certificate.
3. Up to date Bank solvency certificate.
4. Up to date Bin Certificate.
5. The average annual Over head Crane/ Portal scrapper reclaimer ( crane/ Portal scrapper reclaimer capacity 20 ton to 50 ton ) /Ground Crane construction/Maintenance work with Rail line /Rail truck work turnover shall be greater than BDT 9.00 (Nine ) Lakh only over the last 3 (Three ) years counting backward from the date of IFT in the news paper .(only payment certificate shall be acceptable for turn over calculation ).
6. Minimum work experience in construction works of Over head Crane/ Portal scrapper reclaimer ( crane/ Portal scrapper reclaimer capacity 20 ton to 50 ton ) /Ground Crane construction/ work with Rail line /Rail truck work Complexity and methods/ overhead construction technology successfully completed within five years , each with a value of at least BDT 10.00 (Ten) Lakh Taka only .
7. The Tender capacity shall be BDT 9.00(Nine) Lakh only.
8. The Bidder must have to be sufifcent Manpower (Experienced) , Accessories (Required ) , Equipment ( Necessary ) and Technology .
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 7.00(Seven ) Lakh only. In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank account of the bidder issued within 1 (one) month before bid submission deadline.
10. Tenderer must have workshop for necessary material manufacture. (Mandatory)
