* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works shall be 10 (Ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in a similar nature
contract with at least 1 (One) number of 2-storied RCC frame structure
building including Civil, Sanitary and Electrical works (starting from foundation)
successfully completed in any Government organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at
least Tk. 1200.00 (Twelve Hundred) Lac.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than
Tk. 2300.00 (Twenty Three Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of
the Tenderers shall be Tk 700.00 (Seven Hundred ) Lac ( Must be submitted in
the Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be
considered as non-responsive)
v)Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration
certificate with 13 digit BIN, Updated PWD enlistment certificate, Updated Trade license, Updated ABC Supervisory License
vi) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.1200.00(Twelve Hundred) Lac. In
case of JV, tender capacity requirement for leading and other partner shall be
as described in TDS. To Calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of contract agreement, up to date
payment certificate for On-going and completed contract under any
Govt/Semi-Govt/Autnomous organization for the year in which maximum value
of works performed within 5 years from the date of publication of tender in the
e-GP portal. In case of JV,agreement between leading and other partner shall
be required.
