(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk . 21 lakh over the last 5 years.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk . 16 Lakh.
(d) Tender capacity of Tk. 16.00 lakh.
