প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have authorization letter from manufacturing company for supply of any goods from foreign country and this letter should be submitted along with the tender. In that case Manufacturer shall have to be ISO certification.
2. Tenderer shall have updated valid trade license, VAT & updated income tax clearance certificate etc.
3. Tenderer shall fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender.
4. Satisfactory completion of related works with supplying foreign goods at least TK. 7.00 crore under maximum 3 contracts over a period within last 5 years. A company brochure of manufacturer should be supplied with tender schedule.
5. The annual average construction turnover shall be 4.00 crore over the last 5 years.
6. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities will be as tender document.
7. Tenderer must have to submit a list of manpower & ewuipment as ITT clause 17.1 & 18.1 in TDS.
In all cases the terms and conditions of TDS & PCC will be followed.
