প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 81,000/- (Eighty One Thousand) under maximum 03(three) contracts in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk .1.00 lakh (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Unnotomaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
