* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following:
a) The minimun number of years of general experience of Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03(Three) years; year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper.The tenderer shall submit first trade license or certificate of incorporation or any relevant documents in order to prove minimum general experience.
The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) similar nature of work of amount not less than Tk. 33.00 lac in a single work during last 3 (Three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 96.00 lac over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
c) The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 30.00 lac .
d) Minimum tender capacity Tk. 36.00 lac.
e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
