* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Dalia, Nilphamari or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Nilphamari O&M Division, BWDB, Nilphamari will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4).
2. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
3. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
4. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post with CV, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
5. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supply expires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way.
6. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
7. Priority will be given to manpower having experience of working on Teesta Barrage Irrigation project.
