* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (Five) years General Experience as a supplier or Contractor;
ii. The Tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as a supplier/importer/Distributer/Local Agent on Stainless Steel Razor Blade Strips and Razor Blade related material at least 02 (Two) Contract successfully completed within the minimum value of each Contract in BDT 50,00000.00 ( Taka Fifty Lac Only) within the last 05 (Five) years (to be confirmed by submitting Contract Completion Certificate)
iii. The Tenderer shall have submitted the Original Authorization Letter from Manufacturer/Principal as a supplier/importer/Distributer/Local Agent for importable item of Stainless Steel Razor Blade Strips;
iv. The Tenderer shall have updated Trade Licence, Bank Solvency Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Certificate.
v. The Tenderer shall have submitted the Proforma Invoice from Manufacturer/Principal with value for importable item of Stainless Steel Razor Blade Strips;
vi. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities to be 100% of Quoted Price (to be confirmed by submitting Bank Certificate).
