* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) five years.[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) five years in a single work order of minimum value at least TK.130.00 lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk 160.00 lakh or more during the last (05) five years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 43.00 (Forty Three) lakh.Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form PW2a-3) mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID.Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be Accepted. Bank solvency certificate and bank statement will be not allowed as liquid asset.
(e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade licence, Vat Registration Certificate, income tax clearence certificate.
(f) According to Letter No: 03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work /works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
(g) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender.
(h) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
