* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৯,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All the Tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulations.
2) The following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS;
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 58.50 lac under maximum 3 contract in the last 3years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 20 Lakh. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 62 Lakh issued between the publication of IFT and the submission date in the e-gp system.
(d) The tender must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Mashur Dal Mota must be submitted to in 3 containers to the Cumilla Central Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazette officer.
