* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ১০৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderer shall be a manufacturer Or supplyer and having 11KV line Construction experience
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply, Instalation & construction of goods & related services.
3.(a) The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & construction of SPC Electric Pole, Conductor & Electric line construction materials (pole Fittings) of minimum Tk.2.50 Core under the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization.
 b) The tenderer shall have experience for similar work successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single work order amounting Tk 50 lakh of minimum two contract each
d) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 150 lakh.
4. In all cases,the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.
5. The tenderer shall submit one nos samples of each item ( except Poles) & All coductor Item Sample will be 1 meter at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission must be uploaded with the tender
6. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license
ii) Valid & updated income tax clearance certificate.
iii) Valid TIN certificate
iv) Valid VAT registration certificate
7. Other information’s mentioned at TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications and special terms
& conditions of the tender document. All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
