প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of civil works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten ) Lakh.
The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 17 (Seventeen) Lakh over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10 (Ten ) Lakh.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk 14 (Fourteen) Lakh.
