* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

• Income Tax Certificate (up to date)
• Vat Registration Certificate
• Business identification number (BIN) certificate
• Import Registration Certificate
• Manufacturer’s Authorization letter must be submitted
• The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.
• Tenderer must ensure that the offered model for each item is fully complied with the specification & size mentioned in the technical Specifications of the tender (when applicable)
• The tenderers must submit original catalogue/brochures of the product.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 15 Lac per year
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 20 Lac
