* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years..The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12 Lakh.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10 lakh
After Opening, the tenderers will have to submit a sample of each item. This will be verified by the designated committee during evaluation of the tender. If submitted sample accepted by the committee then the tenderer will be responsive provided the other documents are ok. Otherwise it could be non responsive.
Manufacturer authorization and assurance certificate of supply of spare parts for next 05(Five) years to be provided.
Tenderers shall submit the following documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license
