প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Joypurhat without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender according to Prime Minister Gazette.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Construction of Academic Building work), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation, each with a value of at least Tk. 5,00,00,000.00 (Five Crore) [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6,00,00,000.00 (Six Crore) over the last 5 (five) years. [6.00*5= 30.00 Crore (Thirty Crore)].(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 1,30,00,000.00 ( One Crore Thirty Lakh) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format).
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 6,50,00,000.00 ( Six Crore Fifty Lakh).
7. Updated ABC Licence & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
8. Tenderer must submit Authorisation Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad).
