* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (5) years.
2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 5,70,00,000.00 [Tenderer must submit proper document mentioning the amount clearly]
3. The satisfactory completion of similar goods in public utility with a minimum amount of BDT 5,00,00,000.00 in single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The Tenderer must submit evidence in the form of a contract completion certificate issued by the end users.]
4. The Tenderer should submit a valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip/ certificate, 13-digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per the current VAT Act.
5. Supply record of the supplier.
6. Manufacturer's / Engine Manufacturer's authorization is required. The authorization from the channel Partner/Distributor is also acceptable
7. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in the Tender document.
