* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৫০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This work is under Govt. Revenue Budget.
2. All Bill will be paid according to the Submitted Rate of the Awarded Tenderer and Any excuse/request/obligation/claim shall never be entertained for Bill Claim if Fund is not Available. Also there is no scope of price adjustment for ascent of cost of development materials in this whole work even if contact period is extended.
Source of fund of this work is GOB Budget and the prices quoted by the Tenderer shall be fixed for the duration(also fixed if contact period is extended) of the Contract, till the contact works ends.
3. Bill Payment will be made only when fund will be available but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4. Admired VAT will be upto 7.5% or more as per Govt Policy
5. Admired Income Tax will be upto 7.00% or more as per Govt Policy
6. Admired Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be upto 25% as per PPR 2008.
7. Other criterion as given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & mentioned in this tender.
8. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [85] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) in a single work order achieved by free/open competition/tender/bid of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body of BD over a period of last [05] years. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [40] Lakh over the last [05] years.[For Similar Works & Turnover, years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT Clause 10.1b of TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [85] lakh .
10. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 85 lakh
