প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05[Five] years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.500.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.700.00 Lakh over the last 05[five]years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines[must be unconditional and given by the proper format. FormPW3-7] of the Tenderer shall be Tk.115.00 Lakh.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: :Tk. 600.00 Lakh
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS).
