* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. General experience: The minimum 05 (Five) years experience of the Tenderer in construction works of Transmission line as a Contractor (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
2. Specific experience:
(a) The tenderer should have experience as a Contractor in at least 1 (One) similar construction works of 132kv or higher voltageTransmission Line including ACCC Conductor Stringing works at a cost not less than taka 38.00 (Thirty eight) Lakh that have been successfully completed within last 3 years starting from the date of publication of this IFT in e-GP system.
(b) The tenderer should have experience of installing ERS tower with bypass line of 132kv or higher voltage level.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 45.00 Lakh.
(d) All of the above experiences shall be supported by end user’s certificates in their letterhead indicating their address, email, telephone number and details of project (i.e. name, address, details of Contract, voltage & equipment; completion period, commissioning date/commercial operation date, Contract value).
(e) The tenderer should have skilled Manpower & Engineers experienced in similar works.
(f) All works should be completed as per approved drawing & schedule.
(g) Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft .
