প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of Building works of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 640.00 Lakh. The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (completion certificate must be enclosed).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets (Credit line Certificate) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 Lakh.
4. Minimum average annual construction turn over under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization in the last five years is 650.00 Lakh/year.
5. Upto date income tax clearance certificate.
6. Upto date ABC license.
7. Upto date trade license.
8. National ID card.
9. Vat registration certificate.
10.Authorization Letter
11. The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents.
12. Satisfying other criteria stated in the tender documents.
