* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

Tenderers must have a satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [100.00 lakh] under [single] of contract(s) over a period of [last 5] years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [50.00 lakh] (Fifty Lakh Taka Only) (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date) (in case of credit line it should be submitted in the form of (PW3-7)
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [100.00 lakh] over the last [05] years.
The minimum capacity shall be: [100.00 lakh] (Tenderer must submit the current commitments work order).
Name of Works Contract successfully completed during last 5 years from IFT date within only PE's Organization e-PW2-3 (A) and List of On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) during last 5 years from IFT date under all PE's Organization e-PW2-3(B) must be submitted at section 5 .( Form 3 & Form 4).
If any tenderer Hides/Omits/does not Submittes any Current Commitments/On Going Works, respective tenderer will be Non-Responsive or TEC's decisions will be the final decision.
If a tenderer have a significant number of On Going works in EED/Other Govt. Department, as per Prime Minister's Order/Instruction (Ref. No. 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.259; Date: 03-Oct-2019) the respective tendere will be Non-Responsive.
Tenderers must have Upto date Income Tax Clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to date Trade License certificate.
Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
