* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor, sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years: Similar nature of work means completion of Building with R.C.C frame structure valued Tk. 23 (twenty three) Lac. in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate.
2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 42.00 (Forty two ) lac per year for over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 26.00 (Twenty Six) Lac. The liquid asset Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Prefer to Credit Commitment Facilities. (Form PW2a-3)
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lac.
5. Tenderer's having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process is maintained according to the ITT Clause 30.4 . Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
6. Tenderer having any delayed/incomplete works under this Divisions will be considered as technically non-responsive.
7.Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.
