* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯৩১,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
2. Tenderer Should have Valid Trade License, Income Tax & VAT Registration certificates.
3. Any individual (s)/ firm who fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM) can participate.
4. The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
5. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
6. The following procedures/booklets of BWDB shall be binding upon the supplier.
i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.
ii) Supplier must supply all the Goods according to The Approved Technical Specification supplied by PE Office ( Office of The Eecutive Engineer, Teesta Mechanical Division, BWDB, Dalia, Nilphamri). Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services is also specified in Form e-PG3-4.
iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB .
7. The authority reserves that right to accept or reject any /all tender(s) without showing any reason.
8. The Quoted amount in BOQ form must be fill up in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
