* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Valid Trade License Certificate (2023-2024).
2) Income Tax Certificate and acknowledgement receipt of return of income. (Tax Year 2022-2023).
3) Valid VAT Registration Certificate/BIN.
4) Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.
5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.
6) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least single contract of Tk. 4.50 lac successfully completed under government, semi government and autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 
7) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.50 lac best 3 years in the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 
8) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 4.50 lac. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP. 
9) Tenders having quoted the tender price more then 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
10) Other qualification criteria stated in TDS.
