প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
2. Tenderer Should have Valid Trade License, Income Tax & VAT Registration certificates.
3. Any individual (s)/ firm who fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM) can participate.
4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10 (Ten) percent above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
5. Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR) in favor of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB, Dalia.
6. The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
7. The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
8. Planned & Actual start/commencement & Completion data will have to clearly mentioned in the submitted work certificate. In case of JVCA work certificate, share of each partner must be mentioned or write up on the certificate, otherwise it will be rejected during evaluation process.
9. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
10. The following procedures/booklets of BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.
i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.
ii) Technical Specification.
iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB .
11. The authority reserves that right to accept or reject any /all tender(s) without showing any reason.
