* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:

Eligible tenderer shall have:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the reputed Supplyer Firms shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a Prime Supplyer of at least 1 (One) Number of successful contract completion of supplying similar goods of at least BDT 23,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Three Lac) under single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organisation of Bangladesh within the last 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal.
3. Up to date Income Tax & VAT certificate.
4. Up to date Trade license
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall beTk 25,00,000/= ( BDT Twenty Five Lac) Only.
In case of line of credit it must be submitted at per prescribed format (Form PG3-8)
In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent.
In case of liquid asset, certificate or bank statement must be submitted.
In all cases of certificates it must be collected from Bank after publication of Tender with properly signed by the authorized person of the bank.
