দরপত্রের মূল্য: ২,০০০ টাকা; দরপত্র জামানত: ১৩,০০০ টাকা।
দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১,৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
b) It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
c) Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
d) Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
e) A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
f) All other criteria stated in the tender document.
Note: The e-PW2(a) document is not applicable for Procurement of manpower by Outsourcing process. The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Manpower Supply work which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The tenderer are requested to strictly follow the instructions of these uploaded/scanned sections of PSN document.
