* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Lac (Eighty Lac Taka only).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 160.00 Lac ( One Core Sixty Lac Taka Only) over the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Lac (Thirty Five Lac Taka Only).
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 80.00 Lac (Eighty Lac Taka only).
Note : Tenderers shall submit the liquid asset in one or a combination of more than one of the following three options
a. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished Unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PW3A-7.
b. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
c. Bank Balance: authenticated by bank statement with the day-end closing balance from any scheduled bank issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
