The tenderers who has the experiance in Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous Organisations are stated below:
(i) The contractor Should have min. 05 (Five) years general experiance in civil construction sector (ii) A satisfactory completion of similar construction work (i.e., Civil Construction Works) having completion value of Tk. 320.00 (Three Hundred Twenty) Lakhs at least over a period of last 05 (Five) years (iii) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 260.00 (Two Hundred Sixty) Lakhs over the last 05 (Five) years (iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 75.00 (Seventy) Lakhs (v) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 470.00 (Four Hundred Seventy) Lakhs & (vi) Other documents as stated in TDS.
