* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligible contractors shall have:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works or Sub-Soil investigation work or releted works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years
2.The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Sub-Soil investigation work or releted works of BDT 19.00 Lac in a single contract during last 5 (five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 17.00 Lac in the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) (Unconditional) from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the tenderer shall be BDT 8.00 Lac only. In case of line of credit it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW2a-3.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 25.00 Lac.
6. Upto date Trade Licence or Upto date Incorporation or Registration of firm.,Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.
7. Tenderer are requested to go through all Instructions in TDS & PCC.
N.B.:The tenderer have to performing soil test as per direction by concern Design unit/Division/Circle.,Public Works Department.
