প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [Three] years.
(2)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar works/construction work under a single contract successfully completed within the last 05 ( Five) years, with a value of at least Tk 10000000.00 (One croe ) . Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal. private org.cerficate are not allowed.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk: 24100000 (Two croe forty one lac) over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 10000000 (one croe)
(5) The bidder shall have capacity own or rent equpment for related works / similar works. Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal
6)The Minimum Tender CapacitY Tk: 1,4000000 (one croe forty lac)
