* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) Contract of 1 (one) Building Construction work completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 600.00 (Six hundred ) Lac.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 960.00 (Nine hundred sixty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 240.00 (Two hundred fourty ) lac . Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submit letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, eVAT Registration, ABC License and Electric Supervisory License and all necessary documents.(f) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be 680.00 (Six hundred eighty) Lac.g) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.h) Other terms and condition must be fulfilled that has been uploaded in document section 8.i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
