* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience to supply related goods (Computer, Printer. Scanner, UPS & accessories of similar goods).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Computer, Printer. Scanner, UPS & accessories of similar goods) of minimum 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore twenty lac) BDT under maximum single contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Computer, Printer. Scanner, UPS & accessories of similar goods) in any government/semi government/ autonomous body/organization under a single number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore twenty lac).
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore twenty lac) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
4. ISO Certificates with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods are mandatory. For OEM, FCC Class B certificate is needed for quality assurance.
5. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
