* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. experience of three (03) years
2. Valid trade license (FY 2023-24)
3. Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2023-24)
4. Valid VAT & TIN certificate
5. Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
6. Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation,testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 36.00 Lac Taka in a single agrement in any Govt./Semi govt./autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for single lift [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1)lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package]
7. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district
8. The minimum amount of lequid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shell be Tk. 41.00 Lac for single lift as per STD format of this tender
9. Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for the proposed lift
10. Valid Agencyship certificate for the pooposed lift
11. Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender
12. If the tender price is found to be too high or too low (Front Loading) than the estimated price, the decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final, no objection will be accepted.
13. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
