প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A Contractor's firm is working in Government, Semi government and autonomous bodies having the followings:
(a) The minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the all kinds of construction works as Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature Civil Maintenanc/Renovation works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 lakhs.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 ( five ) years of Tk. 70.00 lakhs. Document must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk.20.00 lakhs. documents in other format are not acceptable.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be :Tk.22.00 lakhs.
(f) If Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) Up-to-date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration.
