* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderer of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are eligible having following qualifications/capacities-
Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in building construction works.
Having experience in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of similar work i.e. building construction work Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac in a Single tender during last 05 (Five) years.
Having a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 5 (Five) years Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 22.40 (Twenty Two Point Four Zero) Lac. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
All other terms and conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) are to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer.
Tenderer must have updated ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from electric licensing board.
The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac.
Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per ITT, TDS and PCC clauses.
