প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar works of at least 1(one) contract of internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.7.00 Lakh
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 14.00 Lacs in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lacs
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 9.00 lacs.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
(iii) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.
