* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৩১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.750.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 600.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset TK 150.00 lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7) the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
5. Income tax clearance certificate (2022-2023) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024).
6. The must have ABC Category Electrical License.
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
Note: In the name of all the contracting organizations, the work period of various projects/programmes has expired but the work is ongoing. And those who did not start the work even after giving the work order were asked not to participate in the tender. Participation will be considered void.
