প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Large Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by the selection of BO (Build-Operate) Firm/ Contractor.
2. The awarded BO Firm/Contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (five) years after completion of physical works with successful commissioning & trial run of the scheme. For this purpose, a quadripartite agreement has to be furnished along with the submission of a security bond amounting to 05% of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favor of the relevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill. The security bond will be released after successful Operation & Maintenance(O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years.
