* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫৬০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,১৮৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৫৬০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
During the Submission of the Tender, The following documents should be provided-
General experience: - The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. For more details please see Tender Data sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
Specific experience:- The tenderer shall have minimum specific experience in the Supply of Engineering and Other Equipment to Technical Schools and College/ Polytechnic Institute/ Engineering college/University etc organizations of at least minimum BDT. 25,00,000/- (Twenty five Lac Taka Only) of a single contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years. Notification of Award (NOA), work orders are not acceptable as specific experience. Any ongoing or unfinished supply agreement of Engineering and Other Equipment will not be accepted as a specific experience.
Financial Capacity: - The minimum capacity of liquid assets i.e., working capital is BDT 11,20,000 ( ELEVEN LAKH TWENTY THOUSAND Taka Only).
Other Instructions: -
The tenderer must also have an updated income Tax certificate with a Paid Tax Paid Certificate for the year (2023-24), an Updated Trade License (2023-24), and a VAT/BIN Registration certificate.
Any false, forged, and misleading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender and treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.

Any tenderer failing to upload any required document been asked to do so in the TDS & PCC will not be accepted for evaluation
