* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) General Experience: Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in news paper.
b) Specific Experience: Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of construction/renovation work of Tk. 70.00 ( Seventy) Lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
c) Minimum average annual construction turnover: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of Tk. 140.00 (One Hundred and Forty ) Lakh (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). For calculating average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector for a period of 05 (Five) years, substantiated by Statement(s) of Receipts, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh/Respective bill paying authority.
d) Finencial critaria: The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities net of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh only.
e) Tender capacity: The minimum amount of tender capacity shall be Tk. 85.00 ( Eighty Five) Lakh only.
f) Other criterion are described in TDS & ITT of this Tender.
