Improvement of 602.00 nos Waste Basket (120 ltr) & 20.00 nos Non-motorized vehicle (van) under Setabganj Pourashava, District: Dinajpur.

The following instructions and attached specifications will be included in the tender schedule:

1. The Contructor will provide Waste Baskets and Non-Motorized Vehicles (Van) as per design, schedule specification & estimate to Pourashava office concerned authority. As per design, specification & estimate, the pourashava office & Consultants will receive Waste Baskets and Non-Motorized Vehicles (Van) from the contructor.

2. The Contructor will supply Waste Baskets at his own arrangement to Government organizations, Semi-government ogranizatiobns, Autonomous organizations, Market, Park, Stands, different important places, etc. which qunatity is decided at the Pourashava TLCC ( Town Level Committee) meeting / Pourashava Authority.

3. Waste Baskets receiving certificate will be collected from supplied organization / authority head or competent representative with countersign of concerned Pourashava Office & Consultants which is necessary for bill purposes.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
