দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the tenderer must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in related service/category.
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Building Works/ Pipeline Works) of at least Tk 25.00 Lakh under 1 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 Lakh (Fifty Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 Lakh (Twenty Five Lakh Taka).
6. All the tenderer must fulfill the other qualification criteria stated in TDS
7. The Procurement of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
8. Notification of Award (NOA) and Work Order will be issued after getting approval of budget provision from competent authority and payment will be made subject to fund available for which no claim will be entertained by the contractor.
9. Tender Security is Payable in the form of a Bank Draft/Pay order in favour of the Deputy Director, Dhaka Regional Accounting Centre (Dhaka RAC), BWDB, Dhaka.
