প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Building Construction works of Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization at least 01 contract of similar nature Building construction works, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, which with a value of at least Tk. 1,30,00,000.00 (One Crore Thirty Lakh).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 84,00,000.00 (Eighty Four Lakh).
4) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1,85,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Five Lakh).
5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site area & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
