প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have  civil work lincense.
2) The Tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (Three) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have the experience of at least 01 (one) number of similar work or civil Construction/Repairing/Maintenance work in last 5 (Five) years in PGCB/Govt/Govt owned organization
4) The tenderer shall have the experience of work completion at least 1 (one), value 12 lac building construction/repairing/maintenance work in last 5 (Five) years in govt. organization or govt. owned company.
5) The average annual construction turnover of the tenderer shall be greater than tk 20 (Twenty) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
6) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 15 (Fifteen) lac. 
All payments i.e document fees, tender security, performance guarantee should be in favor of "Power Grid Comapny of Bangladesh."
