* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organization shall be 05 (Five) years, i.e.
years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Electrical Consumables Goods) to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ AutonomousOrganization of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac, i.e. yearscounting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods of at least 200% of offered value per year within last 03 (Three) years; i.e. years countingbackward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is at Least Tk. 100% of offered value. 
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee/ Warranty Certificate of 24 Months for the genuineness of the items and its satisfactory performance during the WarrantyPeriod/ Defect Liability Period.
b) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-3A and 3B) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms as statedunder ITT Clauses 23 and 24;
c) The completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms asstated under ITT clause 25.2;
d) Necessary technical data sheet, drawing and leaflets/catalogue (Supported by Manufacturer) storing guidelines shall submit along with the tender.
